IT professionals, software engineers, data engineers, data scientists
What i like the most about Zapier is its intuitive interface and customer support. It also has a lot of free material to learn which gives the opportunity to improve our team's capabilities.
It is missing the error handling functionality that exists in integromat, to choose how the integration will act in case of some error.
Zapier was Very easy to configure and offers us a great range of integrations that are incredibly reliable. Would recommend to people looking to join up parts of their infrastructure.
Also, it has no alert when something goes wrong and the integration stop working.
The support from Zapier is amazing and is so comprehensive, and this was immeasurable in the initial stages of its inauguration.
There are times when the zap set up can be a bit confusing or get frustrating when you can't seem to get the right test entries to pull in.
It's easy to learn, easy to use, ultra-reliable and always expanding and getting better. Thanks goodness for Zapier.
Unfortunately, it can be a little limited, mostly to the other tools' fault and not zapier. Because the triggers and actions can be very limited.
The feature set is just amazing, it enables you to build resilient and fault tolerant applications with ease.
Though it has various messaging capabilities, kafka has poor debugging and logging tools to monitor an app communication topic which is risky.
The functionality of kafka is just so good, everything works fine and nothing breaks any time. Also the distribution is really good.
Whenever we publish data from producers to Kafka, it is stored in a buffer and then it is published to Kafka, so we need to always flush the buffer to keep it empty.
The best thing is architecture which I like the most and it is easy to understand/learn how exactly Kafka works.
It’s a bit hard to maintain when you have a large kafka cluster with a lot of topics.
It is an open source which can handle real time data, Due to its scalability and fault tolerance it is the best choice for the large amount of real time data processing.
It matches only exact topic name and does not support wildcard topic selection.
Allen E.: Hey, my name's Allen and I'm the president of a small rehab company and I give Zapier a five. Before using Zapier, I was doing a lot of manual work, just pulling data from one app to another and it depended on my employees being on top of things. Once I got Zapier implemented, it easily connects a lot of my apps together, automates a lot of my workflow. As soon as I enter data in one place, it populates multiple other apps and areas and reduces a lot of the redundancies and inefficiencies ahead of my company. Brought in Zapier because we were having a lot of inefficiencies as far as entering the same data in several different either Google Sheets or CRM or other places and keeping things in sync. When things would change in one software, we had to remember to change in another software and Zapier just simplified all that and automated it so all the data was synced across the apps and services that we use. Using Zapier was very easy to integrate and start using. It's very intuitive. It just asks you for which apps you want to connect, your login info, where the data is stored, what format you want it to be pulled and what data you want it to be inputted into the next app. It takes a couple minutes to set up each of those apps and pretty simple. If you're planning to try Zapier, they have a free trial. It doesn't hurt to just try it. I think you'll love it. I know there are other connectors out there. But Zapier I found to be just very easy, intuitive and they give you a lot, even on their free tier trial. But you're probably going to want to expand past that if you're going to be a heavy user.
