Very happy with this sofware. It is a huge step above what we have used in the past and it is reasonably priced and offers excellent customer support.
The one thing I dislike is the feature that checks out documents. Multiple people should be able to see documents at once.

No instructions, no link or web URL for the client to navigate to and certainly no instructions at all. This might be one of the most poorly designed things in Doc-it.

The updated calculator is horrible. Also, the program has become less user-friendly after the updates.
