AIM vs DaySmart Spa: Which is a better fit?

We are a small shop and spent a good amount of time shopping around for the best fit for the best price.

The tech support is not available on Saturdays or evenings, which can be a bummer when something goes terribly wrong during their off hours.

The price point is very affordable and tech help has always been good Bryan is great at what he does.

We experience frequent software shutdowns, though not daily. It is a nuisance when thing will freeze up for no reason or a error will pop up, and you will be forced to restart your software.

It has a TON of functionality of which I use only a small part. But the customer service is outstanding and the flexibility is huge.

We were having problems remembering who put what in the system and if it got logged in correctly and whatnot. The ATF Compliant Bound Book completely mitigates that problem.

Very intuitive and easy to set up. Their tech staff is very friendly and super helpful getting you all set up and going.

There's no integrated Canadian payroll with this program, so I have to use a second program and then manually post the entries over, which is very time-consuming.

Very Easy and helpful, very care and nice costumer support. Fast software and great quality.

I do find that the problems are not followed thru with from the technical end. I can report problems with the software and no one fixes it.

I absolutely enjoyed everything and the ease of using it and implementing the software into our business. I even loved having an Orchid service friend (I call him a friend haha) on speed dial.

Unfortunately 2 things & 1 of those 2 was the ultimate deal breaker as we did have them up & running until coming to this sad problem.

A feature that I did not know it had when I trialed it and was really happy about, is the revenue projections. I love seeing week to week what our projections are and what % booking we have.

The constantly bombarded us with phone calls and we had to have certain internet and modem requirements and the worse part is they had 3 mandatory training for staff and set up.

Getting through to customer service is always easy, and Ryan is the best. He is a great listener and consistently makes recommendations that continually work with our practice's immediate needs.

I had trouble using a different point of sale company. I with to using the CloverFlex.
