We serve medium-large businesses looking to optimize their data collection processes through mobile applications. Energy; Government; Agriculture; Utilities.
Small to midsize businesses, digital agencies, freelancers, web designers, web developers, nonprofit organizations, and enterprise companies.
They are one of the most responsive and helpful vendors we've ever used. I truly believe they care about their clients and will do whatever they can to help them be successful.
One other dislike is once a form is built for a target platform, such as an iPhone or Android, it is very difficult to change that form to interact with a full size PC without creating a new form.
It has good assistant team which helps us to solve our problems. Great customer satisfaction and helped in all the problems faced by me in my MI products like my mobile.
Sometimes the updates mess things up in the app and we have to do workarounds to get it to function properly again.
Great software, very stable and flexible for the purpose we intended. The support from Mi-Corporation has exceeded our expectations.
The Mi-Co Client is a very processor/memory intensive application. Sometimes this may cause older systems to freeze, crash or other hardware anomalies.
Overall, NYUCD's Global Outreach Program is highly satisfied with Mi-Co's form, application, and constant ability to mesh both the technical and practical aspects of the projects we have undertaken.
Pricing may be too high for many smaller organizations with limited budgets.
Overall I have recommended Gravity Forms to countless people and will continue to recommend it. It's the best forms solution for WordPress, hands down.
Dull colours and unfriendly styling. Most times I have to struggle to see what is written as notifications and alerts when filling out the form.
The best features for me are being able to save form submissions to Google Sheets and to integrate with automations like Zapier and Integromat.
I was trying to do something a little over my head and had some trouble finding the right code to apply the CSS too. The knowledgebase did help a lot but it was a struggle at times.
It's powerful enough to build robust forms, integrates well with many other platforms (like MailChimp), and it's easy for site managers and non developers to admin, build, and review form entries.
Quick fix or implementation. I find that once I have injected Gravity Forms into my design I'll get transparent field backgrounds that I will need to fix in the CSS.
I love the ease of use and flexibility of Gravity Forms. My clients find it easy to use and my developers can make it do anything they are asked.
Occasionally it has a problem or two connecting to crms but that's rare.
