ReservationKey vs Inn Style: Which is a better fit?

The calendars and reports make the day to day management super easy and I love the ability to set up multiple logins to track the work of my staff.

Anything that was a problem for me, they helped. There is also a forum where other users can assist each other.

The integration into our website and customizable look made it an outstanding choice. Of course the customer service was ready to help setting things up to our liking.

I miss the feature in which you used to hover the mouse over a name and it would show the balance due.

Thank you both for providing such excellent customer service. The ReservationKey program was the perfect solution for managing and booking reservations at our small 20-room motel.

It’s sometimes a little difficult to find the information I need because of the numerous reports & pages.

The pros are the ease of use, even for me. ReservationKey is very intuitive and where there are questions, they are super responsive and ready to help.

Because the software is made for a myriad of Hospitality Services Providers (Hotels, Campgrounds, BnBs, Vacation Rentals), it's hard to provide the right thing to a diverse group of users.

I pointed out a few obvious flaws, like wrongly titled links and confusing use of English and they took no notice.

It is just so fantastic, i love using the system as it looks really good. The customer service is amazing just simply the best nothing is ever to much trouble.

Things start to become somewhat disjointed and you can only truly get to grips with the system once you start using it properly. So here is my list of what I found rather problematic.

I love that Innstyle brings all my bookings from a variety of sources into one calendar. It is so easy to use and the team are really responsive and helpful at all times.

The reporting is very very basic and there is no simple way to calculate individual room type occupancy figures or year on year or where most of the visitors are coming from geographically.

Ease of use, intuitive, fast, loads of utility and constantly being improved. Help us always at hand and is fast, friendly and expertly given.

There is no real CRM system behind the scenes, you can't "e-mail" anyone from within the system only to send them a confirmation email.
