ClinicTracker vs WebABA: Which is a better fit?

Clinic Tracker software is easy to use and user friendly. There are training videos and manuals readily available to help as well as robust initial trainings to help programs get started.

The Diagnostic Assessment, Crisis Plan and Treatment plan are useless in their current state. You of course, can pay them to customize it.

Good organization, easy navigation, clarity, customizable, good customer support services, training videos and readings.

But they have terrible documentation. Most of the time the documentation does not explain what something does, or how to use it.

Additionally, we were positively surprised with overall functionality of ClinicTracker software, with the amount of useful features any healthcare facility should absolutely love.

Last week I had client's cut off mid-session because of that problem & it isn't fixed yet. Their Tier one tech support is almost useless, and only accessible through the portal.

ClinicTracker support was there for us, took care of all our needs, and made sure we were ready to launch on time. I'm impressed with their commitment to quality and customer care.

We needed other products to turn to and fast or we would have lost our family business.

I enjoy that the schedule is so seamless, it's easy to navigate, and it links to the notes. I also enjoy the reports it generates as well.

Inconsistencies in reports, lack of specific functionality to proper reconciliation and tracking/reporting.

People are pleasant, and as helpful as a lacking system can be.

There’s no app for it, which in this day and age is such an overlook. It’s very glitchy, cancelling an appointment, especially multiple is painfully slow and takes 7 steps when it should take 1.

I like the organization of the homepage and the easy access to clients and staff. I also like the documentation filling.

Various glitches and problems that occur. When a chat is started, can not navigate to another page.

Easy to navigate and get through and if I needed help I had the help desk.

That you can't delete a session that you entered. I have written in a session twice by accident and couldn't delete one.
