ChurnZero was designed for digital subscription business (SAAS, content, services) where customer engagement is key to Customer Success.
QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online users who need a CRM solution to easily manage leads, track sales activities and better serve their customers.
Great experience from the start. The implementation team is top notch and the customer success team is responsive, knowledgable, and always willing to go the extra mile.
The HubSpot sync only syncs tasks, there is no sync for emails or notes. The Custom Table interface (where integrations sync to) is really badly formatted making it difficult to read.
Great customer service! my main contract is always happy to help. Great way to keep track of client usage/adoption.
Find new Users that I may not have been introduced to (who else is spending time in the app?). Reduce Churn on clients (reduce revenue loss).
Other teams are amazed when they see how quickly data can be pulled up and exported. They also provide excellent support from answering product questions to more advanced customer success strategy.
Overall, I'm supposed to use this every day at work. I dislike it so much that I have to schedule time to use it weekly to do all my entries.
It's great to have a system that tracks what our customers are doing and we're able to set up benchmarks for them to hit with reminder task and all of that fun stuff.
Getting everything configured in the beginning was very difficult. Our product is very complex so it took us a while to set everything up initially.
I liked the low cost and the clean interface that all looked much nicer than what we had been using. I really liked how tightly it could integrate with QuickBooks Online which saved us a lot of time.
Jobs were no longer being overlooked because of human error. Sales tracking was non-existent before Method.
I love the ability to keep a record of each activity and opportunities. Being able to customize things has been great for our company.
But because of the bad experience of trying to customize it and have the same tracking ability as CiviCRM, I basically wasted 6-months fooling around with it.
It is not just a powerful CRM, but a great way to add any additional trackable data. I have also used it as a platform base to create some amazing custom reports.
I wasn't handed off to someone else, just dropped. Method appears to subscribe to the same LACK of service, the service industry has morphed into.
I love the customizeability of the application and the support to get those things done has been great.
The integrations can be somewhat confusing when you first approach them.
Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Joe. I work in healthcare and sales operations. I give Method a three out of five, for more reviews like this click below. So before we looked into using Method CRM, we were using Infusionsoft CRM, currently that's actually now called Keaps CRM. And the reason why we actually made a move was because we needed something that had better integrations with some of our other softwares, mainly QuickBooks for accounting. And that was one of Method's biggest strong suits. So the biggest reason we chose Method CRM was the fact that it had a really great integration with QuickBooks. We were already using QuickBooks at the time, and so it was just perfect to be able to have a really fluid integration with QuickBooks. Also, the entire customization of the Methods CRM dashboard is actually really great. You can add custom fields, custom objects, the entire layout can be totally customized. You can also customize all the automation. That being said, there are a few issues with it, that we ran into glitches that should be resolved. So getting started with Method CRM was actually pretty difficult. There's definitely a learning curve in terms of building the automation yourself. Now Methods CRM does offer their own consulting services, where you can hire a consultant to do some of the automation and customization for you. However, I felt it was overpriced. And so, a lot of the customization fell on my sales operations team to build out. So I would say it was pretty difficult. So I would recommend considering Methods CRM only if you require it for QuickBooks integration or you have a very simple business without a lot of complexity. I think that it's a great CRM, as long as you don't have tons of complexity that you need to throw at Method CRM. It's great for QuickBooks and accounting, but it's a little bit more difficult as far as integrations. In order to integrate you have to use... go through Zapier, or there's maybe a slew of others that might be actually integrated, but without doing a Zapier integration, you're kind of out of luck. So that's one thing that you should really consider, is how many integrations do I need to do? And am I willing to go through Zapier to get to those. Otherwise, I think that's really all of the considerations you should have.
