Ostara Systems vs Spacewell: Which is a better fit?

I like that we have the functionality to control and change a lot of our data. The support from the Ostara team is fantastic, always willing to help answer whatever question is thrown at them.

How the contractors struggle to log in via the app and then we have to close jobs/raise remedial jobs. There is so much handholding required.

Overall Ostara is a solid system, its stable and the team get on top of any issues quickly should they arise.

Reporting can be a bit rigid. In addition the number of reports can be confusing for the end user.

Good and love working with the team to improve the use.

Presently, I am involved in getting our accident form added to OSTARA.

Ostara is a feature rich, flexible system that providing great value for money and all the functions we need to manage maintenance across a large property estate.

Reports and email templates can be created by yourself. Moreover, stable and software updates are not noticeable in the operation which is for me it is a good one.

Look very contrary is that there is no option to make the implementation locally. It also does not focus on residential properties and no owner or tenant portal.

The pricing is great which makes it an excellent value. We are very happy with the support and quick responses to our questions and requests.

Missing some basic project managent features. The prices of the product are not very reasonable compared to the software.

The product is very rich with functionality. We have been very satisfied with it.

This selection process and personalization is a paying service difficult to scope the expense upfront.

I really like its friendliness to the users as well as its flexibility is indeed a good one since i am prone to exporting and importing data.

There are no current cons to the software that are a detriment to its use, just a learning curve with navigation and report use/creation that are common in all software.
