Ostara Systems vs GemEx App: Which is a better fit?

I like that we have the functionality to control and change a lot of our data. The support from the Ostara team is fantastic, always willing to help answer whatever question is thrown at them.

How the contractors struggle to log in via the app and then we have to close jobs/raise remedial jobs. There is so much handholding required.

Overall Ostara is a solid system, its stable and the team get on top of any issues quickly should they arise.

Reporting can be a bit rigid. In addition the number of reports can be confusing for the end user.

Good and love working with the team to improve the use.

Presently, I am involved in getting our accident form added to OSTARA.

Ostara is a feature rich, flexible system that providing great value for money and all the functions we need to manage maintenance across a large property estate.

Good graphics and easy to use so overall an excellent experience.

It's taken me some time to understand some 'quirks' that it has. Cancelling or editing can be a little confusing.

Enjoy using this app because of the ease in which it is to operate.

It can be quite difficult to use and understand to begin with.

The feature to make bookings on GemEx no longer works.

The App in itself has many positive features and considerable flexibility to be a powerful tool in estates management and strategy.

I haven't used it enough to have an opinion about what I don't like.
