What I like the most about Reservio is how user friendly it is. From the UI standpoint, it is very clean, organized and well thought for the user.
No many features for wordpress users, no features for reserve the all week.
The ability to book in my facility has been great, definitely it is something to consider if your company wants to have a better service with clients. It is a must get software in my opinion.
If people arent exactly sure what they are buying then they may not take the time to ask and therefore a missed selling oppurtunity.
It's a clean and well designed app with good UX so the experience is good. It's relatively simple to use yet powerful in its function.

I am happy to use reservio, also customer service is nice and ready to help. We used it for events, to maintain pandemic rules (to have some amount of people on event).
Then, they just stopped responding altogether. So, they didn't fix the email reminders to clients glitch, and they didn't respond to me any more.
It’s user friendly, easy to navigate and my clients just love being able to book their own appointments with reminders. I would recommend this service to anyone.
The only criticism I could level is that the drag and drop functionality doesn't work well in the browser window.
I love the text message to recall, it helps so much to keep my clients aware for their appointment and it's so simple to take care of my agenda.
And you don't learn that until clients start booking appointments, which is very frustrating.
I love using booxi, my team as well and our customers appreciate the ease of making appointments (especially the 24-hour recall).
Sometimes the app can be hard to navigate if you have several staff working at once on the same day.
The text and email automatic function is so nice for our customers. Different Scheduling types is very nice as wel.
The note taking option is limited and other staff cant do notes under there name without having it private. Notes can not be done from an iphone.
