Reservio vs Abitzu: Which is a better fit?

What I like the most about Reservio is how user friendly it is. From the UI standpoint, it is very clean, organized and well thought for the user.

No many features for wordpress users, no features for reserve the all week.

The ability to book in my facility has been great, definitely it is something to consider if your company wants to have a better service with clients. It is a must get software in my opinion.

If people arent exactly sure what they are buying then they may not take the time to ask and therefore a missed selling oppurtunity.

It's a clean and well designed app with good UX so the experience is good. It's relatively simple to use yet powerful in its function.

Clients are struggling to find our club on the app.

I am happy to use reservio, also customer service is nice and ready to help. We used it for events, to maintain pandemic rules (to have some amount of people on event).

Then, they just stopped responding altogether. So, they didn't fix the email reminders to clients glitch, and they didn't respond to me any more.

Incredibly supportive of all sales, inventory management and accounting needs. It's great software for salons and true pleasure working with software.

The worst part is any on click event takes a lot of time.

User Friendly and very easy to teach when you recruit who's not so software friendly we also have been using this software to take care of our Pre Paid Packages and Haircut Packages.

Don't remember any Cons, as most of the things we need are available. And if they are not in the software , Abitzu team develops it for us at no cost.

And the best thing I liked was the icons that help us to identify regular, new and highly spending customers. And also the services shown for a customer's previous visits.

Easy to access anywhere on PC or mobile app. Great customer service and support by technical team, every time I call and get a great response from very knowledgeable team.
