We have had a few incidents where we had to go into emergency on the registers, because of problem relating to Visual Retail Plus in the beginning.
It's a good POS, and it really does a good job. If you are a small company, it's perfect for you.
There are annoying "Run Time" errors that pop up when trying to search something it doesn't recolonize, and it just closes on you.

The back office workings are missing a flow of components. The page layout of 'items' and 'incoming inventory' do not show what is most relevant first.
The Software is easy to use and offers many great features like Retail Inventory Management, Purchase Order Management, eCommerce Management and Sales Reports that help us to data perfectly.
This was not the case, most of our store owned items are not correct in that they are trying to "pay" 50. This makes the sales reports inaccurate.

Initially, the system had a few features we felt were missing. However, as of today, these features have been implemented into the system and all our requirements have been met.
It's really user friendly and straight forward, pretty much all the 'essentials' for running our business are solved with this software. It's a software that's easy to use and understand.
The integration was a little difficult but some of those issues are gone now.
