Overall, we have liked the front end that most employees use, and the backend to do payroll. Whenever I need to check paystubs and whatnot, my login works seamlessly.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now has been an easy-to-use product for our gymnastics facility. We have lots of hourly employees, many of them teenagers. We also have some employees in their 50s+. Everyone, regardless of age, is able to clock in and out using this product.

Cons

Sometimes, the app struggles to stay connected to the wifi. We use an ipad for all employees to clock in and out. Sometimes, it let's you log in to your account, but then just spins and spins and you're never able to actually clock in. I don't know whether the fault is our wifi connectivity or the app itself. We do keep a paper clock in sheet nearby to record hours when the app isn't working properly.

Literally our boss bought everyone a tiny calendar and we wrote out hours down in our own calendars. She would then have to go in and manually add hours up to pay people. Payroll took forever! With ADP it goes much faster and is much more reliable!

It’s very clear with its interface and easy to use understanding wise. It is concise and on time with payments.

Cons

Overall it is very expensive for small companies to afford and can be hard to upkeep at certain times.

All the necessary HR, I.T. , service award, health benefits rolled into one area makes it extremely helpful

I really enjoyed using the system. As an HR professional it was an easy system to use and was a platform to capture most of the employee lifecycle.

Pros

I liked how ADP tied together your time tracking, payroll, employment files and onboarding tools. It was great for HR and capturing various workflows.

Cons

The only thing I thought it could improve on was having a LMS system for training and onbaording experiences.

For an HR or payroll administrator, it feels like driving a massive, armored tank: you know it is secure, it is highly compliant, and it will absolutely get you across the finish line on payroll day. However, it handles like a heavy vehicle—the steering is stiff, the dashboard is cluttered, and making a sharp turn (like running a non-standard report or fixing an implementation mistake) requires a lot of muscle.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is a highly reliable, all-in-one HR platform that does a fantastic job of streamlining everything from payroll and tax filing to benefits administration and time tracking. Because it houses employee data in one centralized hub, it eliminates the headache of jumping between different systems and drastically reduces manual data entry. The platform is also widely praised for its robust, automated compliance features, which take the stress out of navigating complex labor laws, while its intuitive self-service portal empowers employees to easily manage their own tax forms, pay stubs, and time cards.

Cons

Honestly, ADP Workforce Now is great for having everything in one place, but it definitely has its frustrating sides. The system itself can feel really clunky and rigid—simple tasks take way too many clicks, and trying to pull a custom report is a total nightmare if you don't know exactly what you're doing. Plus, once you're done setting it up, the customer support is a maze; you usually end up dealing with a general call center instead of a dedicated person who actually knows your account. On top of that, their billing is incredibly confusing with random extra fees that constantly catch you off guard..

It’s very user friendly and I can view the main things on front page, which is very helpful so you don’t have to search for it.

Cons

I don’t like that you have to tap eye to view the information you’re needing. That is a bit of a hassle.

Pros

ADP is good. It's pretty easy for tracking your time at work and really nice and easy to use for checking your pay stubs. Setup of my account was quick and every now and again I get notified of my paystubs.

Cons

The interface of ADP is a little rough but I guess it can't have everything. ADP does a lot of different things and the interface is probably the least of their worries.

Overall highly recommend. Great experience. It’s easy to use and navigate. I also have enjoyed being able to see my gross and net pay calculated as I enter my time.

Pros

It easily tracks time and pay. It’s so easy to enter manual time as well as clock in/clock out. I love that it keeps track of your gross and net pay as well as W2 information.

Cons

Sometimes login can be finicky. Sometimes I have to try multiple times before it works. I do like that it saves me log in info.
