SentricHR vs Native Teams: Which is a better fit?

Overall the value of the software is outstanding. The new version has gotten a great reception with our employees.

Missed punches in the Time platform are tedious and time consuming. There is no way for the employee to enter a missed punch on their own.

So far we have been very happy with what we have and are learning more about the features on a daily basis. The video tutorials are very helpful.

One thing we've had trouble with is the SentricHR app for iPhone users; it won't load.

I really like the ease of use and the incredible support. Our rep solves issues quickly and with great ease.

There are several places where the same thing can be done which makes it a bit difficult to know if you are changing the correct features in the right places.

Documentation management and benefit tracking are great. And the recruiting management is fantastic.

The auto pay section is very frustrating for us, but we have managed to work around it.

It helps me with all the things that I had no time, its a perfect solution, and it has a lot of other benefits.

The only issue was the limits of the card when it comes to taking out money or payment. This has been rectified so no specific cons at the time.

What I like the most is that they have successfully bridged the gap between modern business requirements and needs.

A little bit confusing on how to use until you figure it out.

Good design and easy to use it offers good options on interacting with the client.

Certification part of profile. Should include drop down of all certifications available.

Getting paid with remote jobs is the best future of Native Teams and this is the best.
