Our only complaint is that we didn't implement CompLogix years ago.
Overall, we were very satisfied with Harvest's compensation module and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cost-effective and reliable solution.
There is currently no integration with our HRIS system. Which means we have to upload manually.
An added bonus was the system's ability to generate compensation letters for all the employees. Perhaps more important that all the above was the outstanding customer service we have received.

Just terminated last year of contract, getting charged $800 to terminate.
While we are US-based and our implementation lead was in the UK, she was so responsive and helpful that we were able to launch on time and troubleshoot successfully along the way.
A bit confusing to toggle between settings if you are a new user, not entirely organized on the dashboard as it displays your most recent reports first.
It's a great tool--they have an impressive amount of data from which they are pulling results.
The amount of manual work that must be done to match each job is ridiculous, and I don’t know why anyone would think the process is acceptable.
