I like how it integrates all of the business functionalities into one software system. It is extremely easy to use and the support people are beyond friendly and helpful.
This CRM is not mobile-friendly at all. We have tinkered with a few other CRMs along the way, and this was, by far, the worst of the bunch when it comes to using on anything other than a computer.
The people are so helpful and the program is so easy to learn and use. It has been a great experience and so helpful to the company.

It's hard to 'learn' unless you do it side by side with someone who knows it. The videos just aren't detailed to have someone go at it on their own...there are so many processes to have to do.

Now that they have added video it gives them even more of an edge. I love all of the features and the fact that you can create content within Houzz is amazing.
The answer from Houzz on this problem is the old school mentality of relentless calling of the lead.
For all intents and purposes is good. I would love to see the software evolve more with Task Management, financial reporting and ease of use... especially with tracking orders.

Before deciding on MarketSharp we struggled with the reporting and the limited options that we had. We had lack of control with the appearance and the interface of our corporate software. We looked at improveit 360 and also Salesforce before we decided. MarketSharp was definitely the best fit for us considering the size of our company and the fact that it integrates with a lot of the software that we already used. We chose MarketSharp because the reporting options are almost limitless and they allow us to track every department in real time. And the fact that they integrated with Leap, which is a software we used during our sales appointment was definitely a bonus. Integration was very simple, they basically did all the heavy lifting for us. The onboarding specialist was amazing, walked us through the whole process on our own time, which was really helpful. And they've been there for us every time we've had questions ever since. I would recommend MarketSharp to any small to mid-sized company in the home improvement industry. They do provide excellent customer service and the one-on-one customer service, if you have any questions. And they let you make recommendations, if you have any ideas or things that you think that they might approve on to their CRM, so they'd take your suggestions even. So I would definitely recommend MarketSharp.
Chris P.: Hi, I'm Chris. I'm the owner of Modified Kitchen and Bath. I rate Houzz Pro five out of five. So previously, I've used a software called CostCertified, which was good but it wasn't full-featured like the Houzz Pro. Houzz Pro has quite a few options. It has a lot of different segments to it so you're checking a lot of boxes. The reason we chose Houzz Pro was first of all was the cost. Second of all, it allowed us to have a built-in website right on the Houzz Pro setup. It also gave us the opportunity to estimate right from their system, and just was very full-featured for what we were paying. I would say it was very easy to get started with Houzz Pro. Once he got signed up, they made it extremely simple. And even putting the website together, it was probably the easiest I've ever worked on. My recommendation would be Houzz Pro would be a great solution if you're a small to medium-sized company and you're looking for an all-in-one feature set that also includes the ability to manage your website and do your estimates all in one system.
