Orgs looking to put learning front and center to achieve business goals --investing in employee training and customer ed. Companies looking to upskill, reskill, and retain employees and customers.
Axonify focuses on retail, grocery, finance, telecom and logistics—anywhere there is a large "deskless" workforce (i.e., those who don't typically sit at a computer).
The integration of WorkRamp with our processes is seamless, and the reporting features allow us to track progress, engagement, and certifications effectively.
It becomes confusing whether your assignment is mandatory or or.
I really like how intuitive the platform is. In addition, the help center and training materials are easily digestible and even inspiring for our own instructional design.
Can upload SCORM courses, but not working consistently. WorkRamp does not support xAPI at all.
The ease of use and the intuitive lesson creation features are the best, by far, of all the outstanding features.
This has been a pain point as our use of the platform has grown. Manually having to pull reports on guide submissions is a time waster we didn't expect.
I love that its always coming out with new and innovative features like their challenges scorecards and their new design.
The option we are using is a sufficient work-around, but I am concerned about the longevity of the use. This issue is not big enough to warrant a lesser rating, more of just a small complaint.
Our colleagues love the dashboards that provide them with personalized insights on their progress and helps them easily see training they have completed and training that hasn't.
These are all items I tend to confuse together and its only with trial an error that I can figure out what give me the output I am looking for in a user file.
Axonify is a really helpful learning management system. I love that it offers games during daily learning as it adds an aspect of fun and encourages users to keep up with their daily learnings.
Many of my (admin) frustrations with the platform have been user interface and experience issues. The inability to bulk upload content means entering content is tedious.
Based on other e-learning platforms that I have worked on in the past, Axonify has come up with a really good product that makes it fun and easy to learn content.
However, unless it is an assigned eLearning, tracking in Leaderzone is limited to export reporting. This make Leaderzone metrics unhelpful for our needs.
Axonify fully integrates the "have fun while learning" factor into their platform. As a learner, I am engaged in answering everyday questions by playing games and having fun.
After having problems with my account at the very busy conference, one person who helped me greeted me by name the next day in the halls.
Terence C.: My name's Terence. I'm an LMS administrator for a company of about 250, and I'd give Axonify overall a four out of five. We use Axonify for all of our online training, including mandatory training, onboarding, and reinforcement training. We also use it for some communications. I like that Axonify makes learning fun and easy, especially when it comes to reinforcement training, and they're very forward-thinking when it comes to mobile use and gamification. What I disliked about Axonify was some of the reporting capabilities, especially when using SCORM files for e-learnings, and some of the learning pathways from an admin standpoint.
