Axonify vs Yarno: Which is a better fit?

Our colleagues love the dashboards that provide them with personalized insights on their progress and helps them easily see training they have completed and training that hasn't.

These are all items I tend to confuse together and its only with trial an error that I can figure out what give me the output I am looking for in a user file.

Axonify is a really helpful learning management system. I love that it offers games during daily learning as it adds an aspect of fun and encourages users to keep up with their daily learnings.

Many of my (admin) frustrations with the platform have been user interface and experience issues. The inability to bulk upload content means entering content is tedious.

Based on other e-learning platforms that I have worked on in the past, Axonify has come up with a really good product that makes it fun and easy to learn content.

However, unless it is an assigned eLearning, tracking in Leaderzone is limited to export reporting. This make Leaderzone metrics unhelpful for our needs.

Axonify fully integrates the "have fun while learning" factor into their platform. As a learner, I am engaged in answering everyday questions by playing games and having fun.

After having problems with my account at the very busy conference, one person who helped me greeted me by name the next day in the halls.

The level of fun that can be injected into this format is limitless. The Yarno support team is absolutely dedicated to the best outcomes for the company and for the individual learner.

Features which are missing is being able to resend invitations for staff after campaign has started. Also change email addresses mid campaign.

Everyone loved how easy the platform was to use combined with the gamification element which played perfectly to the competitive nature of the sales team.

Some responses to email 'prompters' have a negative slant. Few people like to be told what needs to be done by an email.

Great business, great product and great people. The Yarno team really went out of their way to understand our business to ensure a smooth and effective implementation.

This has caused some consternation and also some non-participation. The root cause has usually been identified as Learners missing the effectiveness of this style of Learning.

Great help from the team, very supportive and always happy to assist. Able to work with us to meet needs, even when last minute.
