What I like about this software is that it's really simple, easy to control, user interface is really good and the simply of use is what I love about this app.

Before MassageBook, we went with a company called MOPRO, which was, at the time, many, many years ago, an excellent company. It was brand new. It was starting off. And we figured because it was a massage professional who wrote the program, that we were going to go with that, and we did. Unfortunately, the gentleman who owned the place actually passed away. So we had to search for another company, and MassageBook just happened to come up in our books that we had hanging around our lobbies, and we saw MassageBook advertised in some of the magazines. They had SOAP notes, which were very important to our business at the time. We were doing insurance forms, and they have the perfect SOAP notes for us to be able to submit them, and it was excellent and a no-brainer. None of the other companies actually had that at the time. And we've been with MassageBook for many years and we've watched them grow over the years. And customer service is downright, bar none, the best I've ever experienced. MassageBook was extremely easy, very helpful. If you had an issue, you could go online and just chat with them and get some help. They have a lot of information on their website, as well, to help out if you are stuck trying to do something. It's pretty simple to navigate. And I think maybe just because I've been with the company from day one, that we grew with them. So it was really nice. And they have just about everything. You can do gift certificates, you can track all your clients, you can track all of your employees. You can pretty much do anything you need to do with MassageBook. I'd suggest you check everything out. I think that it's super, super helpful to have SOAP notes. With most programs, you have to get another complete program system to do that. And I think the SOAP notes are not only substantial for you but in case you can't massage that person or take care of that person in some way, shape, or form, that the other person who does take over for you does have notes on that person so that they can make the client happy and comfortable. I think that's the most important thing.
