My overall experience with ZipRecruiter is a good experience it has matched up the company with some qualified individuals.

Pros

What I liked about ZipRecruiter is when you posted a job listing you could get highly qualified individuals for the job you have posted.

Cons

What I liked about the least of zipper recruiter is the is rather High and you still have applications from people that are not qualified which kind of takes up some of your time to weed through that.

Pros

The ability to add screening questions to job posts helps a great deal with fine tuning the job posting and making sure that the candidates fit the qualifications.

Cons

ZipRecruiter works well for some job postings but it seems that some professional level jobs don't have quite as many job seekers utilizing the platform. If you go on google and just type in the job you are searching for such as "RN jobs in Pennsylvania" or "Manager jobs in Pennsylvania" ZipRecruiter isn't prominently shown as much as other platforms.

Pros

ZipRecruiter is a great tool in recruiting! It's a quick and easy website to make hiring and interviewing much easier.

Cons

ZipRecruiter doesn't always match the best applicants to a job posting but it's easy to reach out to applicants and find the right hire!

What I like most about ZipRecruiter is how easy it is to connect with qualified candidates quickly. I also appreciate the ability to manage applications and communicate with candidates all in one place, which makes the hiring process much more efficient.

Cons

What I like least about ZipRecruiter is that some of the applications can feel repetitive or unqualified despite the matching system. At times, the pricing can also be a little expensive for smaller businesses, especially when running multiple job postings. Love the product love how easy it was to navigate found a eligible candidate on the very first day as well as four more the following day

Pros

It was very easy to use and set up as well as take down when no longer needed it was able to scroll through and look for eligible candidates easily contacting them was easy

Cons

Uses its own email which can present a problem specially if you are doing onboarding it prevents a smooth transition

Cons

I really enjoyed using ZipRecruiter because we were able to reach a lot of candidates and had a large applicant pool to hire from.

Pros

What I like the most about ZipRecruiter is the ability to post eye-catching job ads quickly across various locations.

Cons

When I used ZipRecruiter I did have to copy and paste a lot from previous postings but it’s possible this has changed.
