I used this app while searching for jobs to get an idea of what was available and it was a great tool. Had good descriptions of jobs and easy links to connect you with the departments to apply.
The user interface can be overwhelming and make it difficult to use. The automated communications sent to applicants can often get lost in spam folders.
And it notifies me as soon as it has something that is best for me it matches me with the perfect jobs and close to home too.
As a small local business struggling with COVID related issues this is disgusting. I will NEVER use zip recruiter again and have blocked them from the company credit card.
Overall, I found everything easy to navigate and use. The price is awesome and customer support is superb.
Piss poor applicants for out position. They were sending resumes of people with graduate degrees in other states for a receptionist position.
The "1-Tap Apply" button is an awesome feature which makes the application process super easy. I found my last job using ZipRecruiter and I continue to use it and recommend it to others.
The "free trial" was such a dismal defeat and the other sites we used (Indeed particularly), that Zip basically was forgotten about on their own.

In addition to ZipRecruiter, I have tried out Indeed, I've tried FlexJobs, and, of course, [inaudible 00:00:19] Solutions. And I think they're good compared to ZipRecruiter. I put them at the same level. I chose ZipRecruiter because a friend of mine recommended it and I found it easier to use compared to the others. Setting up the ZipRecruiter account wasn't hard because it can link with our social, and when it comes to doing the recruitment and all, it's easier to get the job that you need and all. So, yeah, I guess it was pretty easy for someone who is tech savvy. [inaudible 00:01:00] might consider using ZipRecruiter. I would advise them to keep an eye out on the emails because you can get a lot of emails.
