I love the easy of documenting, I love that there are templates for different forms available, and I love all the extra help this software offers new therapist. This software exceeds expectations.

For my small practice it is so helpful that it is user friendly and simple to navigate. I love that i can change the style of progress notes I use and the function of sending claims for insurance.
I think it is something that should be an option. It is too bad that is not an option for people that are more challenged by the program.

It would have been much more anxiety provoking to have to figure out all the things that Simple Practice provides on my own.
They have a good "reports" option so that you can see outstanding invoices, insurance claims, etc. plus a number of other categories. I really love how easy SP makes it to submit insurance claims.
The one feature I have been having trouble with is regarding the recent update adding Couple profiles.
I've needed to email [SENSITIVE CONTENT] several times for tech support help. He's been a great help to me in responding to my questions quickly and with care.
The problem is I have to translate the activities from English to Spanish. The automatic translation isn't accurate nor familiar for the client.
This gave me the opportunity to continue to try out the app at my own pace. I continue to enjoy and benefit from this resource as are my clients.
This doesn't really matter since there is no way around this problem. Quenza's competitors are also new companies or older companies that are offering new services.
The customer service is wonderful. The technical support has been so responsive and helpful and delivered with a personal touch.
One limitation of Quenza is the absence of built-in software for video sessions with clients.
I like most the ability to program my own activities, in addition to the terrific library of activities, and keep my clients engaged between sessions.
Learning how to navigate the site initially was a little uncertain from my end as the clinican.

As a single practitioner and business owner, I don't have a full staff, so this really enabled me to be able to do everything, bill my clients as well as collect payments and document all their care, all in one simple, easy format. And we're all mobile these days, so I can use it on any mobile device and I can help them create appointments. I can see my clients. I can document. So it really, really did simplify my practice and my business. It was so easy to integrate this into my business, really basically just downloading the app and documenting, putting in all of my business practice information, and that was it. One of the simplest setups ever, and I don't have to worry about anything else because it's all right there. And so I'm not having to tell my clients, "Oh, wait. Let me get back to the office," because the office is always there with me on my phone, or my laptop, or my iPad. Super simple. If you're looking for a really efficient and easy to utilize software for your practice, I highly recommend taking a look at SimplePractice. Pop into the app store, look at it. You can download the free trial if even necessary to get a feel for it, take it for a test drive, so to speak. And I think you'll really be pleased with what they have to offer, the support services, but most importantly, the ease of use and the efficiency that it allows you to have to take back your life and your day.
