We grumbled because this ruins the toolset a lot. We got a bespoke dashboard from Lakeside which allows us to work around the issue and it's apparently being put back in the newest version.

The product is poorly designed for the user experience. The UI is not intuitive, so finding what you can do makes developing solutions difficult.
Overall I'm impressed with the software. Screenconnect" software is brilliant, fast and reliable connections to your managed agents.
Stay away from this product. You will always need technical support, but the support is very very poor.
ConnectWise Automate solutions is a remarkable ITSM Solution that has a strong and accurate agent that will make a complete inventory of all the IT assets of your organization.
It will cause servers to crash. Only some automation features work.
Great automation and multi-session remote control. Asset management and grouping is also very good.
Reporting is also a disappointment. The included reports are very simple and not geared toward a C level.
