They totally ignore you. If a data transfer error occurs features don't help you remedy the problem.

I don't need or fully understand a handful of the options. Because there were so many options, I found it difficult to go in and customize forms or presentations, for example.
I am very pleased with the availability of Cloudlims, and I am even happier with the reasonable price. Excellent product it works great for the price you can't beat it.
There are limitations that seems to be low, such as workflow steps (max 25) for example.
