Great customer service - I've always gotten a very quick resolve and response back. Nice app for phone, nice to be able to text from it as well.
My clients access the calendar and schedule themselves. They have often expressed frustration with scheduling appointments or trying to edit or cancel appointments.
BUT once I mastered my challenges, my clients love this app and look forward to getting their reminders. I have been most pleased and highly recommend using it.
It cuts off half the pop-up so I can't make adjustments. I can do it if I access it from my phone, so it's a minor inconvenience.
Fortunately I received a call from someone with Yellow Schedule and they convinced me to give it a try. I am so happy that they did.
There should be a cut and paste feature, much quicker than the duplicate feature.
Very simple once acquainted with the system, VERY affordable, and would recommend to anyone who needs the ability to have a visual schedule and the capacity for clients/customers to self-schedule.
Sometimes adjusting a reoccurring appointment changes appointments that occurred in the past, which can be frustrating.
The developers are super fast to help customers out as well and I never once felt like we weren't an important customer.
Very hard to come up with dislikes actually. If anything, I am not sure if an upgrade to a pro offers a trial period or if it's an outright upgrade.
I like the system where others can book online into the calendar. Its integration and automation is the biggest advantage that I like the most, plus its easy, fast and saves time.
Personally we think is rather costly when you start adding up all the amounts.
It meets all the user requirements all the automated simple requirements that the customer needs to work with when using the software. Its simply interesting and amazing.
Also after booking confirmation, there is NO LINK to BOOK ANOTHER SERVICE. There is also very minimal customizations you can do with the booking page.
Love the product so far - great price for building forms, SMS reminders and email follow-ups. Have enjoyed using the product so far and will continue to use.
I find it difficult to find something I would say I don’t like.
