There are no such downsides/dislikes of sprinto. However, sometime having some sync issue in the application.
Customer support is superb, customer success managers are experts on the compliance domain and are very responsive to queries or concerns.
Nothing very significant, it is mostly smooth but the period when too many frequent UI changes were happening was a little confusing to me as an Admin handling things in it.
