Kohezion is powerful, affordable and their support is impressive. Rarely do I give 5-star reviews (especially with software platforms) but Kohezion deserves it at every level.
The software can occasionally 'crash' and we need to re-login.
The database was easy to use once it is all set up. We love the ability to be able to access the database anywhere.
We were having some technical issues with our Kohezion account (which turned out to be a user error!). I contacted customer support and they had the problem fixed within about 15 minutes.
Their customer support was awesome during the setup process. They were very helpful throughout the whole process via phone and email.
