vintrace vs VineSpring: Which is a better fit?

Customer support is fantastic. Once you get a hang of it, you can utilize vintrace to work in the best way for your company.

That has always been my biggest criticism of Vintrace.

The benefits are great that everything is at your fingertips and is reliable with help at hand.

The new vessel search feature is a bit ugly and not the easiest to use.

Vintrace has a good traceability of the fruits/wine and addition products. Also, good import/export system between the other software or between the other wineries.

The barrel work is not very straightforward for operating, sometimes confused.

A fantastic winery software program, easy to use and great support staff. Would recommend to any winery, from boutique operations to multi site contract facilities.

Or the template for sending invoices. The email sent to clients is extremely unprofessional but can not be changed.

User friendly and AMAZING customer service. Debuting a new product that is super cost efficient for a small winery like me that primarily deals in online sales.

Very problematic that there is no way to record an actual "Dispatch to Warehouse" date. If an order is on hold for a while and then shipped, it still shows only the date the payment was processed.

Functionality is impressive, as is ease of use and integration with our site. Support has been fantastic as well.

Because of the vast amount of features it can be hard to learn and use at times.

It has a robust set of features perfect for setting up a wine club and integrated with your existing POS.

Exporting mailing lists and updating them clunky also. Hard to take orders in person on the fly.

Whether it's a club release, or general questions on how to best utilize their service, the VineSpring team understands our needs and is always ready to help.

We’re on an annual release (ie once a year). Being billed every month a for something we really only use for two months at most is unfortunate.
