The team at Ceros amazing; responsive, super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
The worst things about Ceros are that the experiences crash when left untouched for several months, there are a ton of bugs, and sometimes the pixels are off.
Love this product - overall, my websites look incredibly professional. It's better than all of the other platforms out there and it is so easy to use.
Ceros may be confusing and kinda hard to use the first time.
Ceros has a lot of various standard JS type animations which can transform a page into something that is fun or exciting to scroll through.
You might as well just stick with Canva because you are going to get frustrated and hate everything you create.
Ceros Inspire is an amazing tool for quick layout templates to get your ideas following and also features some custom created sites for inspiration.
I'm simply a graphic designer who can bob and weave my way around InDesign and Illustrator in my sleep, but once Dreamweaver and HTML are involved, I'm lost.
We have enjoyed much success with NiceJob and the time or two we have needed help the customer service is just as great.
It was frustrating to get all the pictures sent over for the website because I could not figure out how to do it through NiceJob.
The nicejob had done a great job in building a customer trust and with the help of nice job we are geting very NICE SEO.
My only complaint is that they do not make it easy to call them. You have to communicate with them through a web portal.
They were super quick and responsive with building the site and in answering any questions that I had. Thinking about the move...STOP RIGHT NOW and JUST DO IT.
The dashboard is a little confusing but I really don’t spend much time in there.
Great customer service,[SENSITIVE CONTENT] was awesome, very knowledgeable and informative. SENSITIVE CONTENT] follows up to make sure the product is working.
But would be willing to leave a review on our site.
Savannah: Hi, my name is Savannah. I'm a visual content strategist for an international non-profit called One Hope, and we love Ceros, so I'd definitely give it five stars. So Ceros solved a couple of problems for us. We initially went to it wanting an annual report. So our program before that actually would've just been Adobe for a static digital report. And now it lives online as a live web page, but we also use it for other websites. So with that, our other back-end tool was more of a WordPress tool. So we opted for Ceros largely because we wanted an interactive tool. We wanted our content to be more back and forth with our audience. And so we wanted a digital annual report where people could donate directly through the page. They could engage with videos and non-static content. And so yeah, that was why we wanted a program like this. And Ceros, it superseded our expectations. Ceros is a fairly intuitive platform, but I've also been working in Adobe for a long time. So I do think there's a bit of a learning curve. I think even they recommend 20 hours at least in the platform to kind of master it, know your way around. But they have a ton of educational resources to help users on board. So even if you're not a designer or someone with my background, you can learn it. You just need to put in some hours to get used to it. It's not as quite as easy as Canva, but certainly not as difficult as working from scratch. So I think Ceros opens a lot of doors for people who can't have an in-house developer for whatever reason, you do not need to know code to use the platform. You do not need to have even necessarily design experience to use the platform. They have a ton of templates that you can choose from. So I think this opens opportunity for a lot of people to bring that kind of work in-house and really customize what you're looking for. I just want to recommend putting in the time to really use it for all its worth. There are a lot of functions to it that are a bit, I would say, quiet or not as noticeable. So do the classes, use their resources to really learn the platforms so that you can make the most out of it.
