The basic application is based on an Access database which leads to some unique networking problems. If the network is having trouble, it is possible to have data corruption.

I use Paycom to make sure that all my employees know what time they need to come in, clock out. I can send them little messages through the app so the whole camp will get the messages. It keeps me pretty organized with everybody because I'm not good on paper. I'm better on the phone. So, Paycom helps me with at least the live app so that everybody knows what we're doing at what time. I like that it's easy for my employees to use. They can personalize it with their name, number, and the picture because we're like a fun camp, so we got to make sure that everybody can be uniquely themselves. It gives you that personal effect while it's still being an employee app, so I like it. Well, the only thing that I would say I might dislike is it was hard for me to set it up by myself. So I had to have a couple of my employees help me because, like I said, I'm not a technology person. I just know how to text real fast. So, I would say the setup is not for a beginner, but it's not too hard if you have somebody that knows what they're doing.
