join.me is the simplest screen sharing & video conferencing solution for your business. Quick to join, use your personal link to start meetings. Great for 1:1 & team collaboration.
The calls work perfectly, easy to use and the detail reports are very useful to reference previous calls. I like the most in the features are conference line, password-protected communications, Free.
This was very disappointing and extremely inconvenient. We are having to issue refunds, and reschedule.
Ease of use, consistent reliability, good sound quality; the very timely email feedback feature reporting who called in to participate & for how long is excellent.
This was a problem for us because half of our staff members were unable to be part of the call. We were able to make a second call and repeat our meeting, but it was more work than necessary.
I have loved that this is a free software allowing for screenshares (with lots of other features). I'm really excited to explore it thoroughly.
Since COVID we have had problems getting thru to system. Also when participants drop off it beeps and cuts out for a few seconds.
The two things that I loved most about FreeConferenceCall is the great pricing and the ease of use functionality. It was great for the small business and it worked great.
We had severe difficulty being able to call into meetings on or just after the hour. I had multiple instances where I tried to call in 10+ times with no success and I was not the only one.
Meetings are easy to have and they are really amazing. I like Join.me because it is secure.
I slightly dislike that Join. Me host few participants in a single meeting compared to alternatives such as Zoom.
I love how easy it was to make a join me link and share with other attendees. Also the custom URL for meetings was great.
I have not yet discovered any troublesome issue apart from how it limit participants on a single conference compared to GTM.
First, the software makes video conferencing easy and comes with great remote support featuresIt makes collaboration effortless and using it is straightforwardLastly, I like that it's cost effective.
Join.me virtual meetings accommodates a limited number of attendees soo Incase you want a scaled events for lots of people I would advice you try Goto Webinar.
I have always had the best experience using Join. Me for online meetings and i have a lot of love for this product.
I don't like any online meeting tools that require you to download software to join, and this is no exception.
Bernhard H.: Hi, my name is Bernie. I'm a business coach and I give FreeConferenceCall 4 out of 5 stars. For more reviews like this click on the link below. I used to use WebEx prior to FreeConferenceCall.com. I stopped using it because I left my corporate job and it was way too expensive at the time. This is back 12 years ago for me to buy it for my myself. So then I started using FreeConferenceCall.com. I was introduced to FreeConferenceCall.com from a association that I belong to. And I really loved the fact that they had great international dialing opportunities. So you have this long list of numbers around the world that you could use, because I often have international calls. And of course starting my business, for free as the name implies, was also very important since I was trying to reduce costs as I was growing my company from the beginning. It was very nice to be able to also use recordings. And I go back to those. So the association I was a part of used it heavily that way for all of our team calls and things. So people who couldn't make the call could just go back in, and very easily with a code listened to prior recordings. Starting up with FreeConferenceCall.com was very easy and it was great that the way they gave you numbers. You could make your own edits and choose passcodes and things to use. So it was very, very simple to get started. It's an awesome platform to use for your business or personally. Note that they don't charge and everything's a contribution. So if you really like using it and you're using it a lot, I recommend you make the contribution so that they continue to exist in the future and provide this. I think it's great that they're able to provide such a service for free. But nothing's ever free, so it really is made possible by the people who use it a lot and pay for it and contribute to their cost structure.
Grant: Hi, my name's Grant. I'm a financial advisor. I'm the only one in my business and I give join.me a three out of five. I actually wasn't using any similar tool to join.me before I started using it. The employer I was working for at the time was doing a lot of video calls, and this is the one that they recommended the entire team use. So I use join.me because it was really, really easy for clients to join. It doesn't have any kind of obscure name or anything like that. You literally just go to a website, join.me. You give them a code and they enter it and they can join a meeting. It's really just easy to think about and integrate in that way. You just say, "Hey, you're going to join me for a meeting, let's go to join.me." It's really easy to get started. Literally, yeah, join.me, you go to the website, it prompts you to enter the code to join the meeting. The only downside is if the person that you are having join the meeting doesn't already have the app, then they have to download it. At least that was the case when I was a user of join.me. I believe that now it can be web-based, but in terms of simplicity, it's really just that simple. When I was a solid user of join.me, they had a free plan, and that was really great because I wasn't having tons of meetings and it didn't really warrant paying a subscription. There is only a subscription option now, so you can't have a free plan if you just need to join meetings every now and again. It does have good security features if that is important to you, but honestly, if you're just looking for regular meetings, it doesn't really have anything that stands out. If you do need those extra features though, it does integrate with third party software and different tools as well. So it really just depends at the end of the day if those things are important to you or not.
