RazorSync field management software serves small to medium businesses that provide field services in 85+ industries (electricians, plumbers, general contractors, pool services etc).
MobiWork® is a robust, scalable, and configurable mobile workforce software solution for all small, mid-sized, and large enterprise businesses with few to tens of thousands employees out in the field.
The thing I have loved most about Razorsync is it is very customer friendly. So easy to use, and to understand.
We have messed with the days of look back). Also if you miss putting in certain information before you create...the information is lost and you have to start all over again.
It has been a great asset to to use this with out technicians. Again, we aren't using it to it's full capacity but hopefully will get to that soon.
No inventory tracking, no training videos, training received was inadequate, salesman knew more than the guy that trained me.
The search tool is very easy to use, I like that you can easily search for anything within the date base and its not just by name. I do like the layout overall, it has good user abilities.
The presentation format appears a bit unprofessional in my opinion. We have used it for some estimating, then re-type the information into another system for managing payments and job status.
We don't utilize all the capabilities of this software and it is still fantastic for us. Super flexible so you can almost always accomplish what is desired.
It seems to be a software issue not a user issue which is disappointing when that was one of the main reasons I wanted to use the program in the first place.
Their "out of the box" solution was a great fit for our business. They also customized certain aspects for our business and it has been a game-changer in terms of accountability for the entire staff.
The schedule part is a little weird on the tablet, in my opinion.
I like the ability to use this platform not only for work order scheduling but also for asset management. It has been vital to our success as a Biomed Team.
Software lags a lot, scheduling and job management was not easy.
MobiWork helps DTS keep track of all of the jobs and helps to provide a framework when closing work orders to ensure great service for our customers.
It's still hard to integrate our large repair business side to Mobi.
Customizable dashboards, GPS tracking, and integrated asset system are fantastic features. Having a single system to use with IT and facilities has been a game changer.
This limitation might require manual data entry or additional workarounds to synchronize information with other software used in the organization.
Felix L.: Hi, my name is Felix. I'm a chief of operations. I give RazorSync four out of five. And for more reviews, just click below. The biggest business problems I solve is obviously the scheduling of technicians that we have in different job sites and the quickness of being able to get to see them all in one place so we can properly allocate our resources. What I like the most about RazorSync is like I say, the fact that it easily shows you where is everybody and you're able to track all the stuff that any technician is doing, like the different aspects of the job, you can even track cost into it. And you can get an overlook of the different items that all the technicians are doing on a specific day or week or even month. So that saves a lot of time for planning purposes. For bigger job sites where you are doing different calls, it gets a bit tricky to be able to summarize the values through the whole project or the different hours spent on specific tasks. So that's a part that I will try to improve a little bit when you see the overall aspect of the job site at the end.
Johnny R.: Hi, my name is Johnny. I am the controller at Aquatech Pool Management. We are a commercial pool management company in the Carolinas. We manage large and small commercial swimming pool facilities. We maintain them, we clean them. We do maintenance or repairs on them and help staff them in the summer season. So as the controller of the company, I manage our financials along with a lot of our systems, and I am intimately involved with the development and maintenance of MobiWork, which I would rate a five out of five for sure. It's a great system for us. We use MobiWork for a long, long list of reasons, but the core ones are, we use it as a CRM. We manage all of our customer information and contacts and important documents and locations and things like that across all of our different accounts. A step below that, we utilize MobiWork to be smart with our dispatching of different work orders, whether that's a simple visit to a facility for a cleaning, all the way up to the most complex repairs. We use MobiWork for our quote management, so developing quotes that we can send to accounts to get approval for different jobs and products that we can provide to them. And then lastly, we use it for maintaining all of the invoices, as well, that go along with the billable work that we do. So it's kind of covers the whole board for us in terms of the workflow management that we're using, and it is a one-stop shop for all that for us. The favorite thing about MobiWork for me is how across all of the different entities within the software, everything is connected. And by that I mean, the system does an extremely good job of keeping all of the specific jobs, work orders for customer A separate from customer B, and they're all kind of connected on the back end so that you can really quickly navigate from any given account going into their specific quotes and work orders that are tied to that customer alone, and ultimately, sift through the information and get to important information in a really, really easy and user-friendly way. The majority of everything with MobiWork is a big [inaudible 00:02:46]. I think a challenge that we've faced as a company is the software itself, or the app itself is super, super customizable, and nine times out of 10, that's a very good thing, but at times, it is so customizable that it can either be challenging for a new user to learn, just whether it's how to create a new saved search with so many different variables at play, or even just navigating the system, knowing where to go. So it can be a little bit overly customizable at time. Again, that's normally a very good thing, but it can make the learning curve a little bit steeper for a new user. And we've developed some trainings to help combat that.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
