Very good software for monitoring things like server performance or any website performance. Good to operate from both mobile and desktop and customer support of this organisation is very good.
My quibbles are that we have received false alarms on occasion, sometimes caused by their server agents, which have been a little flakey sometimes. Also, the pricing can be confusing.
I love its dashboarding capabilities. And that the monitoring system itself keep track of historical data providing great insight on what is happening.
It is very hard to recover the password once the person who set up the service is no longer with the organization.
Overall we are very happy with this product and all the different options offered by it. We recommend it to any IT personnel.
When you get a phone call that a server of services is down. IT is some times hard to understand what the computer is saying.

As you have lots of settings available, some times you get puzzled were to configure it properly, for instance when setting up notifications groups/teams.

Mainly, WS suffers common issues in IBM software. Can be REALLY hard to install, specially in non-default scenarios.

When I'm in debug mode, sometimes the execution groups do not respond and I have to reboot them manually. I have problems with using the SVN plugin.
It is a very stable server for application development and nodes/clusters can be configured/connected. Has a good console interface too.
Very hard to work with, a specialized team had to be brought in to customize it.
Robust application server. Provides very good logging mechanism , very good clustering support.
The licensse fee is high, setting the server could be very hard if you're not too experienced in administration.
