Healthcare providers.
Overall I'm very pleased. I never planned to be working from home for so long (like many others out there!) But this has just really made things easy and secure for me and others on my team.
I dislike how sometimes when I try logging in with Duo, the software lags or makes me re-log in after a certain period of time.
I like how simple and straightforward this tool is, and I am grateful that it helps me secure access to my private accounts.
It can get tedious when you have to constantly wait for a push request on your phone. Sometimes there can be a delay or no request even after you submitted.
What pushed me into using Duo Security is their trustworthy. It focuses on business protection and solutions leading to an overall best performance.
It is sometimes tricky and frustrating to integrate it again once you have changed your phone number; may be due to security reasons.
What I like most about this software is that it allows me to be completely secure.
If I close all of my internet windows, I have to re-certify everything again so that can be annoying. Also, I purchased a new cell phone after several months of using Duo.
Overall it’s a good platform that provides good security and has good ease of access.
I don't like when the program signs me out for no reason.
I love OneSign because it has made my busy life as a resident so much easier.
Admin / End Users were not able to create their own customized reports. Hardened Imprivata Appliance (due to security point of view) makes it difficult get back end data.
Out of the box reports which helped us in understanding the login patterns from different Strengthened password security and helped meet Geographical compliance requirements.
The only thing that I dislike is entering password once a day.
Like everything else, "the road to success can be daunting and difficult"; product has being the delight of end-users.
It will allow me to badge in but occasionally stops locking correctly when trying to badge out. A simple restart fixes the issue but it's somewhat annoying.
Speaker 1: Hi. This is Karambir. I'm CEO of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and we focus mostly on studying the mental health effects of sound. I give Duo Security a 4 out of a 5. We weren't actually using a two-factor security for our website prior to Duo, but I had used Duo elsewhere, so I didn't really have an opportunity to test out any other software. This one was working where I used it before. It had just made sense. Duo Security made sense, so it was a known quantity, very easy to install. They had a plugin for our website that we installed. I find that it's very easy for me to just have this extra layer of security that requires me to retrieve a code through text message on my phone, and then add it into the web browser. That just provides an extra layer of security. It was very easy-peasy, very easy to install, not a lot of difficult instructions or anything like that. It was really easy to onboard with Duo. I had already been using them at my daytime job, so I already had the app. Part of that is getting the app installed, and then, you just need to activate the app. It's been a while that I've been using them. I don't remember all of the steps, but if it had been a really difficult process, I probably would've gone with a different provider. As with anything, in particular, we're working with this on our website, as far as our access to the admin site, so you want to make sure that it is supported by your ISP and hosting provider. We're using WordPress, so it integrates with WordPress. You want to make sure it integrates with whatever cPanel or any other products you're using to administer your website.
