Firmex Virtual Data Room vs Syncplicity: Which is a better fit?

Compared to other VDRs I was able to demo the combination of cost and performance is outstanding. Customer Support is always available and incredibly helpful.

Maybe drag and drop uploading could be reworked. When you drag multiple files (separately) the last file dragged replaces the previous file dragged rather than combining them.

Easy setup, great documentation, amazing customer support, and provide reliability for clients.

Some of the features could be less of a hunt-and-find. Adding Users and editing their information with permissions can be hard to find sometimes.

Ease of use, reliability of system, implementation of innovative new features with each update, and of course the excellent customer service.

Creating folders once the main folder structure is set can be difficult.

Firmex has been a reliable partner to help the M&A transaction management and help close deals smoothly. The support team goes beyond the edge, highly responsive and agile with the required tasks.

Sometimes difficult to find answers to questions regarding the tool.

If you are working with large data sets and you need to transfer it, this is one of the best solutions you can have. It is reliable, secure and easy to use.

It has limited time to download a file. If you miss the date, file will disappear.

An easy and interactive user interface of this product is amazing enough to make all my work a bit easier. Multiple files can also be dragged through this splendid product.

Slow access is one of the worst features of this program. I use this program only in case i have to use it.

I use it to share important files with suppliers that I work with. Creating folders for sharing is helpful for tracking history.

Upload and Download system is very easy to use and interface is user friendly. Therefore, it is my favorite file sharing software an the work.

The upgrades appear to only address bugs or OS upgrades. When there is an upgrade, it is totally disruptive - you have to close all other applications and reboot your system.
