Great delivery and tracking system all around. The up to minute updating is normally great and I love that I can track the driver's ETA & speed.

Good software, easy to use, excellent for tracking all our local deliveries and providing on time customer feedback i.e ETAs. Proof of delivery is excellent.
Sometimes the editing routes take forever, my location has alot of orders so I dont know why sometimes it lags.
The ease of using the system and the time an attention the staff gave during set up and training was amazing. They are always available for issues and quick to resolve them.
The driver tracking and GPS systems on the app are not the best and sometimes take our drivers to the wrong locations. It also allows drivers to get off the app so we can no longer track them.

It's not as "pretty" or stream-lined as previous products. Can be a little messy and unclear on what does what.
Very easy to use and from what we were told no minimum fleet size restrictions like some have. This is great for small businesses to have something like this in place as well.
Overall poor experience. We still pay for the contracts that we are stuck in and have switched to a different fleet tracking software due to the complete lack of customer service.

Customer service is absolutely awful and the company is virtually unresponsive to any request other than adding more units. Contracts auto renew for 3 years unless you mail in termination requests.
I like Michelin because they make the best tires working for this company and now I was the software.
They constantly lost service and would have jumps on the tracking that would add miles to the driver day that he did not drive.
Easy to use web-based interface. Customer Service is actually pretty good at helping and responding.
We have had this for 3 years our contract ends Jan 31, 2018. Worst experience ever with a vendor.
