The ability to share data with partners is definitely this software's biggest positive, everything can be organized very well and accessed easily.
Other issues include Q&A - not being able to assign questions with comments and downloading an index (text did not come out for file names) which was ridiculous.
The Intralink's customer support is great, and it helps to get quickly familiar with interface. Also there is a lot of flexibility in terms of profiles & privileges.
Yep, that's how Intralinks deals with product failures on their side. Their concern is monetizing customers.
The software is very useful for documentation gathering and sharing. It has as well some reporting features that helps you understanding the users activity.
Quite negative, it was my first time using it and I would probably steer clients towards ansarada instead.
The reports that we are able to download with the documents ID, upload date and time are very practical and really help us to maintain a good control of new items.
This was not a serious issue and every counterparty was able to deal with it, but some users had some troubles.
Users are able to simultaneously edit a document at the same time and also it's accessible from any location. Customer support has been amazing and their pricing is very fair.
The Search functionality is so bad (doesn't work the way you think it should and rarely generates the results you're after) as to be almost useless.
I love that you can basically store an unlimited amount of data and share it with anyone who has the link. It makes sharing documents very easy and accessible from any internet accessible device.
At the current price point (charged per user), it's a bit on the more expensive side. The functionalities on the admin console is a bit hard to navigate.
But what makes Box the best, are all the features that they layer on top of that. Collaboration, sync, edit, Office integration, great mobile apps, policies, preview, workflows, automations, and more.
The worst thing about the Box that I have found is that when you first open it, all the files that are on it takes a little bit of time to load.
As positive points I can say that Box is a complete cloud backup software with high reliability and security. It has an excellent friendly graphical interface for organizing files in the cloud.
If you don't know what "folder" a document is in - or even its exact document name, the search tool can be very difficult, and almost useless.
Svetlana: Hi, my name is Svetlana. I'm the executive director at the Children's Guardian Fund, and I gave Box 5-star rating. I used Dropbox but it wasn't working out because we needed something a little more robust for our organization as we were growing. I ended up using/choosing Box because they were very cost-effective for a not-for-profit organization our size, and they offered a lot of the features that we were looking for. It only took a couple of hours to learn the system and onboard with Box. We were able to get all of our users login information very quickly. And once we got all the plugins on everybody's laptops, it's been very easy and streamlined ever since. If you're looking for something to streamline your data and have it accessible on different devices, I would highly recommend Box because they check all the boxes.
