Drooms vs SecureDocs Data Room: Which is a better fit?

Working now for several years with Drooms. Assistance is perfect, helpful and nice to work with.

This is frustrating to both sides as buy-side is asking questions that are included in the docs, but did not find it there due to poor, slow and awkward handling of the document.

It was an excellent product; easy to use and the custoemr service was very good.

I have problems with the authoritation to the clients, you have to delete all the users and then manage the acces again. You can download the documents with water signal.

It was great working with Drooms on a due diligence projects. The customer service was good, fast and very helpfull.

It's my favourite data room to work with. Nefiles and Intralinks are terrible.

Support Service is great. It offers interesting functionalities.

Changing the indexnumber within a folder is not very easy (you cannot drag files within a folder to another indexnumber).

This offering checks all the boxes and exceeds my expectations in pretty much every way. Their customer service is excellent, the product is super easy to use, flexible and secure.

Not able to copy documents between data rooms - I do not have any other negative comments to add at this time.

The SecureDocs team helped us get on-boarded, shared best practices, and helped a fellow company in the trenches look good in front of key stakeholders. I truly appreciate that.

Signing up new users involved them getting a notification email from 'securedocs.com. Unfortunately this domain is blocked by a significant number many company spam filters, especially in Asia.

Ease of use and functionality with many great features and great customer support. Also other parties in other parts of the world had great access.

The inability to add website links to folders directly.

This product is absolutely great, quick to market and easy to use. My customers are impressed by how quickly we can deploy a dataroom and have them collaborating within minutes.

As we began dealing with the paperwork of incorporation and employee documentation it became apparent that Dropbox and Google Drive were no longer viable options.
