I am not familiar with the area I was travelling, however, once I was enroute, I noticed a couple of stops could have been routed differently. They could have been bunched together.
They are fair and honest. They honored our credits well beyond the monthly expiration.
It also was not able to find some of the addresses on the map. So it gave me a empty lot.

It's difficult to go back and correct a mistake if I accidentally designate a personal trip as a work trip. Also, there are other programs with more features for the same or similar fees.
I use only the free version, but I only go on a few trips a week, so it is worth it. The reminder emails are a great tool as well.
Also the point is that it would not record in the middle of the week. The gal on the phone, (clueless about dates) who refused to give me her name, agreed to refund me, yet hung up the phone on me.
Everlance is a wonderful, quick and affordable way to track expenses and mileage.
It seems some devices there are still some bugs to work out. Also, the data export has been confusing for my team.
In the beginning it started out great. Easy to use, free, and seemed pretty accurate.
Setting up the frequent places traveled is a little difficult.

Prior to using Everlance, I looked at a few different software options and apps in the App Store. I wasn't using anything prior to, and I looked into [inaudible 00:00:17] IQ, QuickBooks and Everlance, and I ended up deciding on Everlance. I chose Everlance because of the features and benefits, which include the ability to automatically track mileage from once you get in your car, until once you get out. And it also had features for tracking income and expenses, and created reports for those different functions. The onboarding process is relatively simple; you basically just have to log in and you start driving. You set the tracker to automatic, and then you can also go into different sections of the app to add expenses or income, if you choose to track those as well. And they're relatively simple, all in one spot. So the startup process is very simple. For someone looking to buy Everlance, I highly recommend the software for many different types of businesses, as long as you're tracking mileage. And if you have other things you need to track as well with your business, it's a great software, and has been very simple to use for me, and also powerful to generate reports and send them to my CPA.
