PrintSmith Vision vs Ordant: Which is a better fit?

We depend on PrintSmith Vision to do what we do every day, consistently and seamlessly. Our experiences with the product has overall been excellent.

They told us to fix a problem and we would be able to close out, but that was not the case. Was no the problem and they did not response when we report this.

Overall, PrintSmith is a wonderful, comprehensive program that has added significant value to our business.

The conversion to HTML (instead of Flash) has been very long, and we are still concerned about missing functions on the HTML side.

The ability to access the system from any computer anywhere is a huge benefit. For Support people the ability to access the system dramatically improves support service delivery.

Confusing Yes / No "confirmations" on not saving or discarding items while estimating (no undo - delete and its gone!!).

I like Prinstmith Vision for the quick visibility of status of jobs, tracking of production locations, ease of creating PO's that link to customer Invoices. It has a lot of great features.

We just switched from Classic last September. The switch last year was painful and I dread making another switch.

Ali is professional, responsive and will go the extra mile to make things happen. This is a great product and a fantastic company to work with.

Now that our products are set up, we are using it much more and finding many instances of billing errors made before we purchased Ordant resulting in a loss of income.

Ali and his team have always been prompt to resolve any issues or help with any set up needed quickly. Definitely would recommend this solution to any colleague.

Estimating has been a bottleneck for us for a long time, but no longer.
