Chris: Hi, my name is Chris, Chief Operating Officer. I have a medical practice of about 40 employees. My score for Phreesia on a five, is a five. Prior to using Phreesia, we operated on essentially on a paper and pen registration format where patients would fill out a clipboard with 10 or 12 different individual documents on it. Then our staff would have to take all those documents, scan them, upload them into the computer, and transfer that data into our EMR system. Phreesia has really made it easy in the sense that those documents have all been made into digital versions and patients can check in on their phone with those documents, or we can hand them an iPad in the office. It's made our front desk check-in process a whole lot more streamlined than it used to be with paper and pen. Some of the reasons we chose Phreesia are most importantly, it integrates into our EMR system. One of the other main reasons is cost. I think I there's a really good value to this service and the product that they offer for the cost. Three, it really just is a unique platform in the sense that it can truly cut down on our check-in time and reduce the workload on our front desk staff with the patients that come to our office. Starting with Phreesia, it was really pretty simple. They've got a great support team, great account management on the front end to help you get your account up and running, to ask questions to find out what's important for you as a practice, to make sure that that's all integrated into the platform. Then their support team takes over from there to do training and make sure all of your staff are up to speed and know exactly how to use the platform. I think their services is best in class. The advice I would to anybody is take a look at the market, find a platform that meets your needs. Phreesia's got a lot of great solutions that I feel fit the needs of most medical practices. Really, look at what's important to you as a practice, whether that's managing your check-in process, managing your paper to turn things into a digital format. Also, look at the cost to make sure that there's a good value and a good return on your investment. Again, I think Phreesia really has a suitable need for every medical office that's out there. It really has an offering in terms of services for every office regardless of specialty that is available out there.

So when I started up my private practice, there were a few other software programs available, like the Jane app. I had looked into them, but didn't use them because what I was looking for, ideally was the note-taking piece of the application. So I really wanted something that could be in the SOAP note form, which is Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan. And I didn't find any other apps had what I was looking for. So the reason I chose Noterro was it was one of the first note-taking programs and applications that I could make work with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture language. So in order to communicate effectively with other healthcare providers like physical therapists or chiropractors, I needed to be able to translate Chinese medicine language into that SOAP note format. And Noterro was amazing at being able to translate that, and helping me to add the tags and add the language that I needed to make effective notes. Noterro was amazingly simple. I signed up, and I think I had a free month initially to try it out. I think I was one of the first acupuncturists to use Noterro, to know Noterro's program when they first launched. The support was incredible. Anytime I had a little problem, I'm not really tech-savvy and I wasn't sure how to use a feature in Noterro, they immediately responded to me via email, and if I needed, by telephone. So I really try to get my colleagues and encourage them to give Noterro a try. And I have to say that the best thing about it is their customer support. I usually have Nick reach out to me with answering any tech problems I have. And again, they're so quick to get back to me and help me with any problems that I do have. I also love the forms and the form availability. So not only do they offer an initial medical history, but you can tweak it and change it to meet whatever you need and whatever information you need for your clients. During the pandemic, they created a COVID-19 screening form that we were just able to easily use and email out to every client with their appoint reminder.
