The range of features and functionality is great with an easy to use interface. The team are incredible responsive and are able to use their development roadmap to help solve our business challenges.

As a new user, it was very difficult to understand what I was doing in the rule builder/campaign builder due to the lack of descriptions in the field.

It enables our country teams to iteratively test new promotion ideas helping us grow our user base & improve loyalty. The team has been of great support during implementation & go-live.

My number one most frustrating thing about Talon One is the lack of training and tool descriptions.

I am quite happy with the quality of the product , their support and the most important is the configurability they provide and how they have design the system.

One are a fantastic partner to National Express providing an excellent promotion platform.

I wasn't in the team when the integration was donde, so getting to know the logics behind all attribute names and how they work is hard.

This is a great was to thank your core customers and keep them coming back again and again. Our regulars love this and we have been using check presenters that have the applications inside.

The fact that you can void a coupon if the guest changed their mind or it was added in error, this can be very frustrating.

Great program to drive customer loyalty. Besides the obvious punchcard functionality, the email, text and direct mail programs are all superb.

But otherwise, we are getting use to the process of checking our RepeatRewards platform daily for bad mailing addresses etc. Is there an app for dashboard management.

The software has increased loyalty and is for the most part user friendly. The website has a lot of useful information and reports.

The bugs during the transition which were inevitable but still inconvenient. The fact that we can't change the pictures on our mailings without calling in to do so.

So far it is working good for us. Our customers seem to be happy with it and they enjoy getting the coupons to be used in our store.

I never go into it or use it the way I should because it's too overwhelming and I'm too busy to figure it out each time. I am absolutely confused on setting up the double points programs.
