Fordata VDR plugin does lack behind in terms of browser updates therefore IE or Edge is often the browser you need to use.
The software is pretty straight forward with a lot of useful functions and add-ons. The customer support was excellent.

Lexisnexis is so good for pulling reports and it helps with receiving all the information I need for work. It is fast and reliable, very accurate.
The problem with LexisNexis is that it can be difficult to navigate at first and takes some getting used to.
You can't go wrong with good ol' Lexis Nexis. We love the ease of use and the ability to do specific legal research.
The interface and search function are terribly and need updates.
What I like the best about this software is it is fairly easy to navigate. I never seem to have an issue using this program at all.
It can be a little confusing when browsing through multiple cases.
This is a great plugin for Microsoft Office Suites I like how it allows you to quickly reference cases in insert then directly into the document.
It is not the easiest to use. At first i had no idea where to enter the names and to receive reports.
