Great way to house all member information and user friendly. I like that I can see my membership at various levels of the organzation and that it is all linked.
You are crazy not to use MP - why in the world would you throw your hard earned money at these other sites who charge ridiculous set up costs and ala carte options.
Their site is user friendly and they offer a number of useful tools that make group management easy. My members loved the online payment options and I loved the reporting capabilities.
Also, they are very stuck on their own custom fields. Many of our members found it difficult to navigate.
We can effectively communicate with our group quickly and as frequently as we choose to do so. On the two occasions I had to contact MemberPlanet for assistance, they were on it like super sonic.
I figured out how to send a newsletter, but it did not let me send a plain email, which is odd. Also, the recipient list I made for the survey did not seem to be available for the email service.
MemberPlanet has helped our organization to stay connected and be effective in what we do. Not only the product has awesome functions but it is very easy to use and our members love the mobile app.
In order to change anything recorded in error, it takes an act of congress to get it changed and the real-time update is not real-time.
The staff is also great, the take concerns seriously which I really appreciate and try to provide a fix if possible. Sending invoices is also super easy to do and quick which I love.
Anytime you change systems it is frustrating. They have less features than our previous AMS, but sometimes less is more.

The only complaint I would have is the initial cost, but over time It will pay for its self. You pay the first year upfront and a hefty onboarding fee.

We utilize Novi for all of that as well as to communicate with our membership and prospective members as well. One of the main things I love about Novi AMS, I truly love the customer service as this is a new software for our company and really seeing how hands on the customer service representatives are with making sure that we fully understand the capabilities that Novi AMS has and how to use it to the best of our ability, but also making sure we're maximizing our usage of Novi. Truly love it, and it's very user friendly, very beginner friendly. It's very easy to use, it really does make our day-to-day so much easier. One of the things that Novi AMS can improve on, even though it is a really great software, is truly how to pull reports based on various company needs and really organizing those reports and making sure that they're easy to access, easy to customize.
