I have to say the lack of response or delay in response is a bit frustrating. A simple question takes more than a few days to get answered.
Great, it was easy to use and reliable. Excellent payroll solution for smaller companies that want a payroll service.
The whole GUI is absolutely horrible. If you make the slightest mistake with the mouse position it erases the entry you are working on, so if you extensively document, say bye-bye to what you typed.
Also, their customer support line was super helpful which is always a plus. Very happy my new side uses this application and makes it easy for their employees to have access to their pay.
Hard to set up, produces the wrong information, is hard to correct, little to no customer support.
The tool is amazing and reliable especially on various projects employees database management and the project financial data analytics generation is impressive.

Openforce has a great team of dedicated professionals that work extremely hard to deliver what we need and we are happy with the partnership.
They have a llot of fees and seem high for the industrycan't leave one "delivery" to look at another one or you have to start all over from each delivery.
I have worked with many of the teams at Openforce and all of them have been great, courteous, and always make sure my questions or concerns are resolved.
I sent an email on December a twice no one reply to me. I'm still waiting.
My overall experience has been great, I love its ease of use and all invoices in one place.
Only complaint in 10+ years is the speed on the web dashboard simply because it has so much information on it.
The people I speak to are very pleasant and want to be helpful.

Blake J.: My name's Blake. I am the owner of Jeffries Lawn Service, here in Missouri, and I rate Gusto five out of five stars. Before Gusto, I was pretty much having to handwrite all of my paychecks. I was, honestly, not as legit as far as payroll taxes go. Not to self-incriminate myself, but before Gusto, I really, it was all handwritten and it was super not organized. And now with Gusto, everything's just so much easier. Gusto was what I chose just because their user interface seemed to be really friendly, down to earth. The fees weren't crazy expensive per month, so those were the main drivers for me choosing Gusto. Getting set up with Gusto was honestly super streamlined. I had a couple questions there at the beginning and I had a few chats with some of the people there, the help, online and on the phone, and they were super helpful, which really made getting all of my employees at the time set up, including myself, getting the business set up and then getting all of our taxes set up as well. If you're thinking about getting Gusto, I would highly recommend it. Recommendations, they're super easy to work with, makes things so much simpler on our end as owners, as business owners and administrators, payroll clerks, whatever. Just the whole process becomes so much more streamlined, and so I would definitely recommend Gusto for anybody.
