BigCommerce lives up to its name and is a great platform for medium to big ecommerce ventures. A little economy plan for small businesses like ours would have made it the best of all.
Support sometimes doesn't know everything about ongoing issues with the platform so sometimes it is frustrating to iterate an issue that team members don't even know are happening.
With cs-cart, I believe my website offers same or better experience than amazon or any other global marketplaces. I am truly thankful to the amazing cs-cart development team.

Justin L.: Hi, my name is Justin. I'm a PPC specialist for Practice Promotions, and I give BigCommerce five out of five stars. BigCommerce is an excellent solution for e-commerce. That's what I primarily used it for. It was our primary e-commerce platform at a company that I worked at called Verilus. My favorite thing about BigCommerce is that it combined a really great shopping cart with inventory management and the ability to design and modify websites with a large library of different templates that you could use from the BigCommerce library. Some of the checkout options when I was using BigCommerce, having the ability to customize some of the different settings and add dynamic options within an item were something that we looked into doing, and at the time, it wasn't supported in BigCommerce. That type of customization would have been good for us, but, yeah, it was not available within BigCommerce when I was using it.

I use CS-Carts for online store to manage it and get insights in web traffic and sales statistics, set up commission rates, customized subscriptions, and then create promotions for vendors and also get feedback. I like that it's the one time fee for CS-Carts, unlike a lot of the others. They also have a lot of options and some themes. Also, you can add themes. They will translate, import, export. They have a manual that goes over just about anything that could possibly ever go wrong. And also, it's on your server, so that's good. And I like their layouts a little bit. The only things I really dislike is it can be hard to upload videos and it also has let vendors do blog posts on your main websites. And you can spend a lot with your add-ons.
