DoctorConnect vs CipherHealth: Which is a better fit?

Couldn't be happier with the super friendly customer support of my wonderful sales Rep. Her staff training has been of great benefit to our Family Medical Practice.

Return phone calls should show our phone numbers when the appointment reminders are sent out. Patients are sometimes confused by who is actually calling them.

WE love their flexibility of the program and teir ability to interface with our EMR while remaining cost effective.

Difficult to integrate with our current software system making more work.

The ability to notify patients via text is a great feature. The software is fairly easy to use and overall is a great product.

Any negative feedback or concerns about DoctorConnect is not at all reflective of what we’ve encountered. We’ve had nothing but positive interactions with both the software and the support team.

What I like most is that it is reliable. As manager of our installation, I am comfortable that our applications will be available and working properly.

Some functions are hard to find or less obvious and a little confusing.

From strategy to technical support and implementation they have shown that they are invested in the success of their clients. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with the team at CipherHealth.

We can then assist them with their needs and potentially avoid a readmission to the hospital.

The software is easy, user friendly and like I can trend my daily progress.

Patients that have been discharged are still on the roster after they have left. This can often leave a record/ list of more than one person assigned to the same room during your rounding visits.

The product does exactly what we need it to do in order to provide the best care for our patients.

Some calls were going to patients who had been discharged to a nursing home and the OB department, who does their own calls. These were promptly resolved and there have been no other problems.
