Downside is the lack of automated options for fails. SPAM, soft or hard bounces have to all be manually created.

We use Ongage on a daily basis, its reliable easy to use and most importantly delivers the good. If any issues pops up the support team is very responsive and helpful.
The only problem I have found is that it is difficult to see contact info. I like to be able to see the contacts separately.
