Only issue I had was the scheduling of a 'bad review. I had it all ready to go, but it failed to submit to Airbnb for some reason.
It has been nothing short of amazing. They are super responsive, and the product has not only saved me 3-4 hours of work a week, but it’s also surprisingly fixed several challenges I had with guests.
It sometimes made conversations awkward, because when potential guests asked questions, it pretends you are really answering and ignoring their questions.

I have had a great experience with Lodgify and the team. Great product and the service is excellent.
My main problem with this software was incorrect charges I received from Lodgify and the subsequent treatment I received by Lodgify customer service, where they failed to remedy their error.
Over all experience was amazing. Our on boarding specialist [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very knowledgable of the platform and very good at explaining in detail for all to easily understand.
That is most of my reservations. I brought this to the attention of the Lodgify team and they said they are aware of the problem and ... too bad.
Since the beginning, while having a trial version, they won me over with their courteous, polite, professional, wonderful customer service.

Pauline F.: Hi, I'm Pauline. I'm the owner of my business, which is in real estate, and I would give smartbnb a four out of five stars. My business was growing overnight, it literally doubled in size, and Host Tools is what I was using prior to smartbnb, which was great for messaging automation. But what I really needed as my business grew was being able to communicate cleanings, calendar invites, automation, pricing adjustments, and that's something that I was not able to do before. And that's really what I was looking for and being able to share calendars with my hosts and my owners. So what I really love about smartbnb, A, is their customer service. They're phenomenal, as I've been learning for the last month on how to use their software. Their customer service has been awesome. Some other things that I really love about smartbnb is their automation tool, so for sending automated messages to all of my guests, staying in my properties. I love the user interface. It's very easy to use, very user-friendly. I love the one-stop shop for the message platforms. I'm able to reach all of my guests just at one stop in the inbox, instead of logging into all these Airbnb accounts. I love that I'm able to assign tasks to my ops team, so my cleaners, my maintenance team. I'm able to share my account with my owners and my clients that I work with, so they're not having to bombard me with questions on availability. So it's just there are so many tools in one, and not to mention its affordability. I shopped around for about two weeks for other softwares out there. I did every trial I could. And after completing the smartbnb trial, I really realized this was the one for me, and it was just super affordable. It met my budget and I was able to do everything I wanted, which was the messaging, the calendar, the pricing, the automation, and the tasks for my ops team. So bringing smartbnb to my company was actually a pretty easy transition. I was using a different software before, which was the first software that I'd ever used because I was pretty much doing everything pretty manual. But being adjusted to their software and all the tools they offer has been pretty easy. Their customer service is really top notch, because I have had a few questions or there's been a couple of things that have been a little more complicated than I anticipated. But if I have a question about it, their customer service is on top of it. So adjusting to the new software has been great. Super easy setting everything up. Adding all my Airbnb properties to smartbnb has been a breeze and it's just been really easy to use. And I would think for anybody, I'm pretty tech savvy, but for anybody that's maybe not as tech savvy, it's very straightforward and the instructions are super clear. So for anybody else has looking for similar software like smartbnb, I would say definitely make sure you do the trial first to make sure that you like the software and the interface, that it meets all of your needs. It's definitely, there's a couple things that could be better. So like I said, make sure you try the trial, make sure it fits your needs for your properties and the size of your business. But I would definitely say for someone like me, who manages five properties with a growing business, it definitely meets my needs. It does everything I need to do and it allows me to live my life, instead of focusing on the manual tasks about running a vacation rental company.
Sophie S.: So my name is Sophie. I am the owner of Shiny Blue Apartments, and I am giving Lodgify a five star review. So before Lodgify, I was manually using the different channels, Airbnb and Booking.com, to create reservations for my apartment. The biggest reason that I looked into a consolidated software to help me automate a lot of the tasks, primarily my calendar, my pricing, which was very difficult in managing between the different marketplaces. And then finally the biggest thing that I wanted to do was to create my own website, and Lodgify made it very easy for me to do so. I switched to Lodgify because I wanted an easy to use tool. I was able to get into the product and kind of play around with it and understand how easy it was. The onboarding process was wonderful. The person who I worked with was fantastic. She helped me set up everything, and once she explained a few things to me, it was easy for me to make any changes after that. And then building my website was great. Everything was integrated. I didn't have to create any code or anything like that. It was just a WYSIWYG type of interface that was easy to use. It was very easy to integrate into Lodgify with Airbnb and Booking. VRBO was a little bit of a challenge, but that was not really Lodgify's challenge. It's more of VRBO making it difficult for people to go through it. I have a little bit of a complicated situation with specific prices, actually not prices, but currencies that I use. The apartment is in Cyprus, so I needed to use Euros, so that presented a little bit of a challenge, but again, Maria, who was my onboarding specialist, explained everything to me. She spent more than an hour with me explaining everything and going inside the tool and showing me, not just doing it herself, but showing me and explaining to me why things are done in certain way. And once I did that and kind of understood the way it was built, it was just easy for me to make any changes. I would say make sure that you've got your listings first on your marketplaces. Understand the needs that you have. Make a determination Of you are looking to automate, whether it's your calendar, whether it's your pricing, or whether it's having your direct website. It could also be property management, which I'm currently not using from Lodgify. So I have a list of the criteria by which you're looking at. The other nice thing for Lodgify was, for me, it was pretty affordable, so it wasn't breaking the bank in having the software, so that made it even better for me.
