Workshop Software vs Shop4D: Which is a better fit?

The program has the potential to be a great cost effective program for small businesses. The vehicle tracking is good, and the recent introduction of email log is good too.

When you accidentally void an invoice there is no back up anywhere and its just gone... that's disappointing that it can't be tracked back. I feel that everything should be backed up.

I think it is great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in an affordable software option that is super easy to use.

Difficult to move around inside system. Fees charged to retrieve my info when we chose to move our software.

All the feature was good and nice very easy to navigate and to understand highly recommended this to everyone.

Sometimes if you need to cancel a finalized invoice for what ever reason, it wont let you on the odd occassion very frustating.

Support - the support team are excellent and efficient. Value - the annual fee is minuscule in comparison with other POS systems and the service and product are outstanding.

There are features I have no need for whilst some I do need but cant have with out extra. The Inspections feature needs to be able to be generated by the Techs on the mobile app.

I hate to be a downer here but...… I really hate the taxes I have been having to pay since making the change. I mean I have multiplied the taxes several times and it really is painful.

WE have never ask for help and not had a return in less that 5 minutes with resolution every time, Our overall experience is AWESOME.

Don’t be sold by imitations and inferior sales tactics.

I love shop 4D, the company is great, lead by great people. They offer everything from shop management, to marketing, to coaching.

I started using Shop4D within a year of when they opened for business. I was struggling because of family health problems.

We quickly bring the new hires up to speed and they can learn how to be really good at what they do. The weekly training and the built in training is amazing.

The hardest part of this software was learning this software. I'm highly skilled in the computer area and I struggled a little in the first week.
